Intellihub is large-scale digital energy management specialist that provides smart metering devices, and services, to over 50 energy retailers across ANZ. They also deliver digital services to solar, water, and virtual power plants, as well as the electric vehicle charging sector. Intellihub are expanding their offering to provide a broader range of device and data services for their clients.

The Challenge
Intellihub faced significant challenges with operational data visibility, making it difficult for teams to make informed decisions. Although data was being captured using the SafetyCulture Platform, accessing and analysing it to identify trends and insights was complex.
As a result, operational and management teams had limited oversight and reporting capacity. Historical data was inconsistently structured, which created difficulties in year-on-year comparisons.
Moreover, the reporting process was time consuming and laborious, with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports created manually. This led to critical challenges in accuracy and made auditing difficult.

Ensuring thorough access and traceability of operational data was a critical requirement for Intellihub to support its business into the future. Intellihub needed an analytics solution that was governed, secure, seamless and insightful.
SafetyInsights provided Intellihub with the tool it needed to unlock powerful insights and better understand its SafetyCulture operational data. Due to our business lens and unique core competency, we demonstrated a sound understanding of Intellihub's and that we could deliver a solution that was fit for purpose. We were also able to meet the quick turnaround times and provide the resources needed to deliver the project.
Initially focused on safety insights, the solution's use continues to expand, now including broader operational and quality insights. We have delivered bespoke dashboards from custom SafetyCulture templates, providing access and insights into their data. Our work with Intellihub is ongoing, delivering new dashboards, and additional functionality for enhanced understanding, training, and service support.
