How often are my dashboards updated?

Dashboards are automatically refreshed nightly. As such, any inspections made will be loaded into your dashboard the following night. Typically, the dashboard will reload between 12:00 - 5:00 AM every day.

If you wish to change the schedule for your dashboard reloading, please let us know.

What SafetyCulture templates can I use?

Our plug-and-play SafetyInsights modules support our official templates, whilst our Actions and Issues Dasboards do not require Inspection support. An up-to-date list of our modules can be found here.

If you have a suggestion for new modules, dashboards, templates, or you’re looking for an enterprise bespoke dashboard, please let us know.

I have existing SafetyCulture templates, can I keep using these with the plug-and-play option?

To ensure your dashboards provide you with meaningful information, our plug-and-play solutions only support the templates provided by each of our modules.

What happens if I update a SafetyCulture template, can I keep using the plug and play solutions?

Of course! There are a number of things you are welcome to change once the template has been installed into your SafetyCulture account, including Response Sets. However, please ensure the following items are not modified (or you may experience issues in your dashboard):

• Question labels
• Question response type
• Question location (i.e. sections)

Do the plug-and-play modules include templates too?

Yes, our plug-and-play modules include supported templates which are automatically installed in your SafetyCulture account. These can be lightly customized and is outlined in “What happens if I update a SafetyCulture template, can I keep using the plug and play solutions?”.

If I start with the plug-and play solution, can I upgrade to an Enterprise solution if I need more customised dashboards?

Yes, you can also start using SafetyInsights with our plug-and-play modules and if your needs change, upgrade to an Enterprise SafetyInsights plan enabling you access to your customer templates.

Can we show historical data, not stored in SafetyCulture, into our SafetyInsights dashboard?

Yes, for Enterprise customers, historical data is supported (subject to the source and format of the historical data). Your historical data may also be imported for some plug-and-play modules, contact us if you wish to do this.

Can you set up SafetyCulture templates for us?

Yes, as a SafetyCulture partner with over 8 years’ experience with the platform, we can set up a best-practice template, including training and onboarding for you and your staff. Please contact us here for a discussion.

Is SafetyInsights a recognised SafetyCulture integration partner?

I have some specific requirements, can I customise the dashboards with different visuals including colours, fonts and layouts?

Yes! We offer an Enterprise solution which allows for advanced customisation of your dashboards, aligned with your company brand, custom templates and additional data sources. Please contact us for more information.

Do you support Single Sign-On for SafetyInsights?

Yes, Single Sign-On (SSO) is an option for our Enterprise clients. Our Single Sign-On options include Google, ADFS, Azure AD and custom implementations like OIDC and SAML .
